Yes! E-bikes are allowed in the Whistler Bike Park.

My battery isn't in your inventory — what should I do?

Please submit a battery request form. The more demand we see for a specific model, the more likely we are to stock it in future.
We’re currently prioritizing current-generation batteries, so let us know what you need!

How does pricing work?

The longer you rent, the better the value!
We’ve structured pricing to benefit riders renting for a week or more, which suits most people flying in for longer trips.

Do I need to bring a fitment kit?

Yes. All batteries are rented “naked” — you must bring your own mounting hardware, keys, and any covers needed to secure the battery to your bike. If you can remove it from your battery bring it!

Do you offer early pick-up?

If the battery is available earlier than your scheduled pick-up time, we’ll let you know. Just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Do I need to bring a charger?

Yes. Chargers are not included with rentals. Most e-bike chargers are rated for 110–240V and will work in North American 120V outlets, but it’s your responsibility to bring and use your own.

Will the battery be fully charged when I pick it up?

Not always. Due to shipping and storage regulations, batteries may not be fully charged at pickup. Make sure to allow enough time to charge your battery before you ride.

Do I need to update my e-bike firmware before the trip?

Yes. Please make sure your e-bike and motor system firmware are fully updated before traveling to avoid compatibility issues with the rental battery.

Who installs the battery?

You do. Customers are responsible for installing and removing the battery from their e-bike.

Need help? We can help arrange an appointment with a local bike shop (additional cost applies, paid to the shop).
Please note: Customers are responsible for any warranty issues that result from battery handling.

Can I pick up or return the battery somewhere other than Whistler?

Yes — we offer pick-up and drop-off in Squamish and North Vancouver, subject to availability.

How does the rental process work?

1. Check out our range of batteries available for rent.
2. Complete the Booking Form on our website.
3. Receive your booking confirmation via email.
4. Pack your gear — don’t forget your battery fittings, charger, and eMTB essentials.
5. Pick up your battery in Whistler or have it shipped anywhere in Canada (must be prearranged).
6. Shred!
7. Return the battery in Whistler or drop it off at a shipping location (return shipping must be pre-booked).
