Where?

• Pick up and Drop off in Whistler will be at Whistler Bag Storage located downstairs on the lobby level of the Hilton Hotel galleries.

When?

• Pick up is available from 8am on the day of your booking.
• Whistler Bag Storage can be accessed 5am to 11pm daily.
• Drop off is by 8:30pm on the last day of your booking.

How?

• To access Whistler Bag Storage you will need the code in your confirmation email as well as the locker number.
• You battery will be in a compartment inside this locker and will require a code to get into the compartment. Which will be provided in the confirmation email.

Returning:

• Returns, just place the battery back in the compartment by 8:30pm on the last day of your rental.
• Follow the same instructions as above to access the compartment.
• Late returns will incur fees up to $150 per day. Late returns can seriously impact the next booking and must be avoided.
