Key Things to Know About Your Battery Rental Before Booking or Traveling:

• Batteries are rented “naked.” This means the rental includes the battery only. You must bring any components that attach to the battery (e.g., covers, mounts, rails) to ensure compatibility with your e-bike. If it's attached to the battery, bring it!
  
  
• Bring your charger. Rentals do not include chargers. Most e-bike chargers are rated for 110–240 volts and will work with the standard 120-volt outlets in North America.
  
  
• Charge before your ride. Batteries may not be fully charged at pickup due to storage and shipping regulations. Be sure to allow time to charge your battery before heading out riding.
  
  
• Update your system. Please ensure your e-bike and motor system firmware are fully updated before your trip.
  
  
• Battery installation/removal is your responsibility. Customers are responsible for installing and removing the battery from their e-bike. If you need assistance, we can help arrange an appointment at a local bike shop — just let us know in advance. (This service will come at an additional cost charged by the bike store.) Customers are also responsible for any warranty issues that may arise from battery removal or installation.
